All items are shipped via UPS, at this time. If you have a P.O.Box address, it will be shipped with USPS.

$8 flat rate (If you would like other shipping arrangements, expedited, or overnight, please contact us.)

Returns & Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges, unless the piece has failed due to my craftsmanship. In that event, I will repair or replace the piece (upon my evaluation) at no cost to you. If piece is replaced, it may not be identical, as most pieces are one of a kind. Please, reach out to me so that I can help remedy the situation and send you a shipping label..

If the piece is damaged due to an accident (dropping, pulling chain, getting wet, etc), and you would like to have it repaired, please reach out so that I may see if the piece is repairable and the approximate cost to repair or replace the piece. In this case, all repairs or replacements will be at buyer’s expense. If the piece is repairable, you may ship it to me at this address:
